  11.  - CursorXP works now fine under Limited user accounts.
  12.  - Fixed bug with animations running too fast with Pentium 4 3.06 Ghz.
  13.  - Fixed CursorXP panel on large DPI.
  14.  - Changed shadow code algorithm. It now uses a much faster and better looking
  15.    code. Also, the maximum blur value is much larger.
